How much does the MyStyle Box cost?
The total cost is $199.99 per box, which includes:
- $175 applied toward the items in your box
- $24.99 non-refundable styling fee
You’ll always know your cost upfront—no surprises.
What if something doesn’t fit?
No worries! You can easily exchange sizes. Just follow the return instructions included in your box.
What if I don’t like everything in my box?
Keep what you love and return the rest through REDO Returns. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive instant store credit to shop online or put toward your next box.
How does pricing work if I return items?
Your Style Box includes $175 in clothing value, specially bundled at a discounted rate.
If you return items:
- The pieces you keep will adjust to their regular full prices
- If your kept items total less than $175, you’ll receive store credit for the difference
- If your kept items total more than $175, you’ve already reached your full box value and no credit will apply
Your store credit can be sent via a store credit gift card immediately or saved for your next Style Box.
Is the styling fee refundable?
No — the $24.99 styling fee is non-refundable, as it covers personalized styling, outfit planning, and preparation done specifically for you.
Do I have to keep the whole box?
Not at all—but when you do, you’ll unlock our exclusive “keep it all” bonus, which guarantees the best value every time.
How do you know what to send me?
When you subscribe, you’ll fill out a style profile that covers your House of Colour season, sizing, lifestyle, and preferences. Your stylist will use that info to curate outfits tailored just for you. Once you have filled out the initial questionnaire, a shorter questionnaire will be sent out monthly to get any new updates on sizing prefernces, likes, dislikes, etc!
Can I skip a month?
Yes! You’re in control. If you need to pause or skip a box, you can manage your subscription through your account.
When will my box arrive?
Boxes ship monthly. You’ll get a notification and tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.
Do I get early access to new arrivals?
Yes! As a MyStyle Box member, you’ll receive first dibs on new Ellevate Basics before they launch to the public.
What happens if I need to return an item?
You’ll follow our standard return process through REDO Returns. It’s quick and simple, just use the label provided, and once your return is processed, you’ll receive instant store credit to use toward your next box or any future purchase.
