Return + Exchange Policy
U.S. Return Policy:
MyEllement gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (MyEllement E-Gift Card) when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date your was delivered. Please send return requests to email@example.com
MyEllement offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date your order arrived.
Instructions to Exchange: We recommend purchasing the item in the correct size so that it doesn't sell out by the time you get your return sent in. If you do this, please make sure to include both order numbers when you return the first item. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used.
All other returns will be processed as a store credit. You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will email you a store credit (MyEllement E-Gift Card) with which you can use to purchase a different size, if it's still in stock, or you can purchase a different item of your choosing.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS of delivery.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Ship Your Return
- Start your return process by requesting a return label at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (MyEllement E-Gift Card).
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a MyEllement E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Returning a Gift
- Start your gift return by contacting us at email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a MyEllement E-Gift Card.
International Return Policy
- MyEllement gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to any international address for a store credit (MyEllement E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and actual shipping charges.
How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email with your MyEllement E-Giftcard.
Is there a return fee?
- We will send you a pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $6.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (MyEllement E-Gift Card).

Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a MyEllement E-Gift Card ONLY.
This return policy was updated July 5th, 2021 -- all orders on this date and following will be on this policy.
