Each box is a flat rate that’s always less than the total retail value. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying upfront—no surprises.
What if something doesn’t fit?
No worries! You can easily exchange sizes. Just follow the return instructions included in your box.
What if I don’t like everything in my box?
Keep what you love and return the rest through REDO Returns. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive instant store credit to shop online or put toward your next box.
Your Style Box is specially priced as a $150 bundle — a discounted rate from our regular retail prices.
If you decide to send a few pieces back, no problem! Here’s how it works:
The pieces you keep will adjust to their regular full prices.
If your kept items total less than $150, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.
If your kept items total more than $150, that means you’ve already reached your full box value, so no credit will apply this time.
Your store credit can be used right away or saved for your next Style Box — whichever feels more you!
Do I have to keep the whole box?

How do you know what to send me?
